Entry by Cathy Gresly Loflin. Cooking appliance used: BBQ Grill. I cut these chops off a whole porkloin, wrapped a slice of bacon around secured with toothpick, the Grillmaster grilled them smoking them with his little smoker box of mesquite chips, corn ears were seasoned with course ground salt n pepper & season salt, wrapped tightly in foil grilled 15 min removed from heat while chops cooked, retuned to grill out of foil for abt 10 min to get char n smoke flavor served with my luscious fresh garden salad, a mix of greens, peppers, red onion, shredded carrots n tomatoes, little bit of lemon zest before serving!!
