1 pound of pork stew meat 2 cans of diced green chiles 1 large can of green enchilada sauce 1 jalapeno pepper and onions Brown the meat with garlic salt, de seed and dice the jalapeño pepper then put everything in the crock pot on high for a few hours until the meat is completely done
