Recipe and picture by Lana Venson :) Appliance used: slow cooker. Thought I would share a couple of my recipes. If you try them let me know how they turn out. Keep in mind they make quite a bit but you can cut the recipe in half.
Shrimp Boil 1 1/2 lbs Small Red Potatoes 5 cups Water 12 ozs Beer or Chicken Stock 1/4 cup Old Bay 1 Onion 4 Garlic Cloves (or minced) 1 lb Cooked Sausage 4 Small Ears Corn 2 lbs Large Shrimp (Tail-On) Cajun Seasoning (To your taste) 2 Lemons Add water, beer, Old Bay, and Stir Add Onion (cut into quarters) Squeeze Lemons over and add Lemon Halves Add Cajun Seasoning Cook on Low for about 3 Hours Add Sausage and Corn Cook about 1 1/2 Hours Add Shrimp Turn on High and cook another 1/2 Hour
