Cooking appliance used: skillet.
Getting ready to make stirfry !!! Got chicken, baby zucchini, cabbage,snow peas,mushrooms and broccoli along with rice noodles.
Took about 30 mins to make:
1st boil some water about 24-36 oz ( I used chicken stock with alil soy added)
Once it starts boiling pour it over your noodles (if your doing them) Maifun is want I used, you can get it at Walmart $1.50
make sure to put it in a bowl that has a lid you want to hydrate the noodles( they come like ramen)
While that is hydrating (LOL) I start cooking the meat, this time I did chicken seasoned with the Iron Skillet seasoning (very tasty) and alil soy (low sodium) when it almost done I added mushrooms and cabbage and let it cook till almost tender then added the broccoli and snow peas, and again let them cook then lastly added the zucchini, I'm not a fan of mushy veggies, so I let them get to where they till have alil crunch, I also add alil more soy and then when it done throw some noodles in and mix. I let my stuff sit about 5 mins or so with the lids on some the the noodles and cook alil more. Very tasty meal, and of course you can add whatever else you want, I do egg and green onions sometimes too
