Appliances Used: electric skillet, Ninja.
Mix and blend ingredients and slow cook for 4 hours.
Served with Uncle Bens Basmatti Rice, 90 sec in the microwave.
Yogurt base with grated cucumber
1 clove garlic minced
4 sprigs mint, minced, leaves only
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tablespoons Golden raisins Ground black pepper.
Chill and serve.
