Cooking appliance used: Ninja 3 in 1.
its Irene's Wedding bell soup haha. I just put everything in the ninja in slow cooker mode and checked back about two hours later and it was ready and yes I use frozen meatballs.
I buy a big bag from Sams and I used leftover chicken. Its freezing outside my hub is making a delivery here and then leaving taking some of this with him.
Two cups of chicken (u can add more or add less up to you)
a cup of rice
A bag of frozen chunky veggies
About 8 oz of kale (add more or less how ever you like)
4 meatballs per person up to you
2 ounces of barley
and 8 cups of chicken broth or cups of water n add Knorr chicken flavor bouillon , add more broth if u like it with more liquid/soupy.
There are different recipes out there for it but this how I make this one, I make a lot because hub and my Sons like to take it to work with them, my grand kids like it to easy to make, and hard to mess it up and you can change the amounts depending on your likes/ tastes and how many people you're feeding
