Cooking appliance used: slow cooker.
4 large bell pepper
1lb pk Italian sausage
1/2 jar Ragu 7-herb spaghetti sauce
1 pk Uncle Ben's rice pilaf
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 C. Egg Beaters
3 T. Mustard
Mix last 7 ingredients. Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds, and stuff with sausage mixture. Put in crockpot and pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the top.
