Recipe and picture by Graceann Harbach. Cooking appliance used: Ninja 3 in 1. Butterfly cut pork chops filled with fire roasted corn,green onion,leeks,garlic,black and white pepper and Parmesan. Then put bokchoy on top then the rest of the leeks and corn with a bit more Parmesan. Then put in a can of potatoes sprinkles them with garlic,ginger and cinnamon and shredded pepper jack cheese. Turned out really good.
